Registration fees include 21 % VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

The registration fee includes:

• Congress Material
• Attendance at all conferences, Commercial Exhibition area and posters
• Coffee breaks
• Certificate of attendance and/or participation (online submission)

What is not covered by the fee?

How to register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

• Click the Registration button
• Fill out the Personal data form and and choose your registration fee
•  Pay on-line by debit/credit card

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)
   For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.
2. Bank Transfer
   For making payment via bank/telegraphic transfers please contact the WSRM 2025 Secretariat at registration@wsrm2025.com.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing to: registration@wsrm2025.com. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply.

Name change

It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before April 1, 2025, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses. After that date, name change will not be possible.

Visa requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
