Dr. Rinker grew up in rural Pennsylvania and was educated at Dartmouth College and Yale Medical School, and he was trained in Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery at New York University.
He is Professor of Plastic Surgery, Chair of the Division of Plastic Surgery, and Residency Program Director at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida.
