Dr. Marije Hoornweg is the head of the Department Plastic Surgery at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital, the Netherlands Cancer Institute. As a plastic surgeon at this specialized center, she focuses on post-oncological reconstructions. Her main areas of interest are: (microsurgical) reconstruction after breast, pelvic floor, penile/vulvar and sarcoma cancer.
Marije is a member of the Dutch Breast Implant Registry (DBIR) and the NABON Breast CancerAudit (NBCA)
