Milan Stevanovic
Dr. Milan Stevanovic is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery (Clinical Scholar) in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He is internationally renowned for his expertise in treatment of disorders of the hands and upper extremity, microvascular surgery and the management of brachial plexus injuries as well as his expertise related to reconstructive microsurgery and limb and digit replantation. He has extensive experience working with patients with peripheral nerve injuries, trauma, burns, microvascular and rheumatoid problems affecting the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Most recently, he was awarded the Serbian Medical Society Award which is presented to an individual who has contributed the most to the field of Medicine in Serbia. He was also the recipient of the Best Case Award for 2021 – “Six Digit Toe Transfer to Hand” at the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery 2022 Annual Meeting.
