He graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute (TPMI) (1989).
Residency (1989-1991) and post-graduate study by ENT (1991-1994) in TPMI.
Residency at the Department of Plastic Surgery at Yonsei University in Korea (2000-2002). Associate professor at the Department of ENT TPMI (2003-2016).
Visiting Professor: Charite Hospital 2006, Pavia University 2009, Massachusetts General Hospital 2010, Florida University Hospital 2010, Stanford University 2010

Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery of TPMI (2003-2015);
Chairman of the Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons of Uzbekistan (2008-2019);
Director of the Republican Children's Plastic Surgery Center (2015-2019);
Director of the National Children's Medical Center (2019-2021).

Currently, works as an Associate Professor at the Otorhinolaryngology Department of the Tashkent Medical Academy and Head of Plastic surgery Unit at the Chinor Medical Center.
More then 120 publication and 30 presentation in international conference and congress.
In addition, Chairman of the Uzbek Society of Cleft lip & palate.
