Richard Baynosa, MD FACS is a Tenured Professor and Inaugural Chair of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. He serves as the Fellowship Director for Complex Breast, Microsurgical, and Robotic Reconstructive Surgery and has pioneered several advanced techniques in the field. Dr. Baynosa holds multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the Department of Surgery at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. With a robust background in academic and clinical medicine, he has contributed extensively to research, education, and innovation in plastic surgery, holding key roles in national committees and editorial boards.
