Shai M. Rozen, M.D. is Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and is Director of the Facial Palsy program at UT Southwestern, Director of the microsurgery fellowship, and Director of clinical research. He has a special interest in the field of facial paralysis and has published prolifically on the subject with emphasis on early intervention, innervation of facial subunits, and the treatment of synkinesis, providing solutions to patients with facial paralysis from the US and abroad.
