Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Korea University College of Medicine, visiting scholar at Stanford University and University of California Irvine Plastic Surgery during sabbaticals, specializing in reconstructive microsurgery for osteomyelitis, sarcoma, lower extremity, and breast reconstruction.
He serves on the editorial boards of Microsurgery and Scientific Reports, is an associate editor for Archives of Plastic Surgery and Frontiers in Surgery, and holds executive director roles in both the Korean Society for Diabetic Foot and the Korean Society for Aesthetic Surgery.
