Stefania Tuinder

Stefania Tuinder has been working in the Netherlands since 2005. She was partly educated here and partly in Italy. She has done extensive anatomical research into new techniques for breast reconstruction with autologous tissue. She developed techniques as the sc-GAP and LTP flaps. Her most important research line at this moment is on sensibility of the breast. She has more than 60 peer reviewed publication and she is author of different chapters about breast reconstruction in 4 books.
