Dr. Robert J. Allen, Jr. is a board-certified Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon that specializes in oncologic reconstruction of the breast and head and neck. Dr. Allen, Jr. obtained his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed a 2-year research fellowship and 6-year residency in Plastic Surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, NY. After completing a fellowship in microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, he then joined the faculty at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. His research and clinical efforts are focused on oncologic reconstruction of the breast and head and neck.

Richard Baynosa, MD FACS is a Tenured Professor and Inaugural Chair of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. Anton Fries MD PhD is Associate Professor and Chief of Plastic Surgery at UT Health San Antonio, TX. He served for 20 years as a Commando in the Royal Navy including two tours of duty to Afghanistan. Dr. Arash Momeni (Associate Professor of Surgery) is the Ryan-Upson Scholar and Director of Clinical Outcomes Research in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University.  His clinical focus is reconstructive microsurgery with a particular focus on postmastectomy reconstruction as well as pediatric microsurgery.

Dr. Momeni is recognized nationally and internationally for his research, and he has authored over 230 peer-reviewed publications and numerous chapters in major plastic surgery textbooks. He is the 2023 ASRM Godina Fellow and serves on the Editorial Board of several leading plastic surgery journals.

Dr. Moran is a Professor of Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota, and staff surgeon at the Shrine Clinic for Sick Children in Minneapolis.
Dr. Moran is the former Chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic and is now the Surgical Director of the Mayo Clinics’ vascularized composite tissue allotransplant program and the Surgical Director for the Mayo Microsurgical Training Center. Dr. Moran's practice focuses on disorders of the upper extremity as well as microsurgical reconstruction.
