Richard Baynosa, MD FACS is a Tenured Professor and Inaugural Chair of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. He serves as the Fellowship Director for Complex Breast, Microsurgical, and Robotic Reconstructive Surgery and has pioneered several advanced techniques in the field. Dr. Baynosa holds multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the Department of Surgery at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. With a robust background in academic and clinical medicine, he has contributed extensively to research, education, and innovation in plastic surgery, holding key roles in national committees and editorial boards.

Paul S. Cederna, M.D. is the Robert Oneal Professor of Plastic Surgery, Chief of the Section of Plastic Surgery, and Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan who specializes in reconstruction of complex wounds. Academically, Dr. Cederna  has a very active research enterprise and has received over $52,000,000 in research funding, authored over 425 scientific manuscripts, published 35 book chapters, and presented his work over 900 times at national and international meetings.

Dr. David W Chang  is a Ruth Hanna Simms Foundation Professor of SurgeryProfessor and the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Director of Microsurgery Fellowship, and the Director of the Comprehensive Center of Excellence for Lymphatic Diseases at the University of Chicago Medicine. Dr. Chang has dedicated 30 years in the field of reconstructive surgery for cancer patients, and have developed an international reputation as a leader, a pioneer, and an innovator in cancer reconstruction. Dr. Chang has particularly been instrumental in recent surge of interest in microsurgical treatment of lymphedema with procedures such as lymphovenous bypass and vascularized lymph node transfer. He is a recipient of the Godina Traveling Scholar Award(2005) and the Buncke Lectureship(2019) from the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery(ASRM). He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers  and book chapters.  He  has served on the editorial board of numerous leading medical journals including Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He has served on the Board of Directors for American Society of Plastic Surgery. He has served as a President of the ASRM (2017), the World Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery(2019-2021), and the Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons(2023-4).

I am an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I completed my plastic surgery residency at University of Virginia and microsurgery fellowship at University of Texas-Southwestern. My clinical practice includes general plastic surgery, oncologic reconstruction, microsurgery, limb salvage, body contouring surgery, and complex wounds.

Peter G. Cordeiro, MD, FACS is Professor of Surgery at Weill Medical College of Cornell University.  He is also currently the William G. Dr. George Kokosis is a Johns Hopkins trained Plastic Surgeon and Memorial Sloan Kettering fellowship trained Microsurgeon, focusing on breast reconstruction, both autologous and implant based.

Dr. Leis is the residency program director at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). She is a hand and microsurgeon with a special focus on pediatric and congenital hand, brachial plexus birth injury, adult traumatic brachial plexus injury and peripheral nerve injury. She is the director of the Brachial Plexus Birth Injury Program at CHOC Children’s Hospital and the Division Chief for Hand Surgery at UCI. Dr. Arash Momeni (Associate Professor of Surgery) is the Ryan-Upson Scholar and Director of Clinical Outcomes Research in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University.  His clinical focus is reconstructive microsurgery with a particular focus on postmastectomy reconstruction as well as pediatric microsurgery.

Dr. Momeni is recognized nationally and internationally for his research, and he has authored over 230 peer-reviewed publications and numerous chapters in major plastic surgery textbooks. He is the 2023 ASRM Godina Fellow and serves on the Editorial Board of several leading plastic surgery journals.

I am Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The primary focus of my research and clinical practice is in breast reconstruction and treatment of lymphedema.
